Warranty

A full 3 year/100,000 mile warranty is supplied with all VFS/Scattolini/Cabreta products. The warranty includes parts and labour with warranty repairs carried out by the VFS Service Team, VFS authorised repairers or where necessary - Return to Base (RTB). Our Service Team will ensure the vehicle is back to work with the minimum of disruption to your business.

Optional Equipment – Tail-lift, Crane, Hand-wash etc., covered under the individual manufacturer’s terms of warranty.

Service

Spare Parts - Access to a reliable and fast supply of spare parts is absolutely necessary to keep the vehicle safe, legal and in work. The Service Team understand this entirely, they can identify source and deliver parts for virtually all bodywork in service up to and exceeding 10 years old, using fast, next day* couriers. Repair - Accident damage insurance repairs or service damage can be repaired in house at Eastleigh or by one of our authorised repairers. Most bodywork parts and designed to be replaced without the need for structural work, however an accident repair may require significant repair/replacement, therefore Return to Base (RTB repair) is the best solution to obtain OE quality and safety.
