ACCREDITATION

VFS have achieved the highest levels of quality accreditation of any commercial vehicle conversion company in the UK. Not only are we ISO9001 and 14001 accredited, but both our factories are part of the Ford Pro converter programme, and our Scattolini products comply with IATF 16949 quality standards.

APPROVAL

When it comes to Type Approval, VFS implement a policy of obtaining UKNI Approval wherever possible (rather than National), thereby ensuring that volume limits are avoided.

For low-volume bespoke vehicles not covered by standard approval’s Individual Vehicle Approvals (IVAs) are carried out at a local VOSA facility. All VFS models are certified to GB Type approval – the framework directive for Whole Vehicle Type Approval (WVTA) – and VFS is also the only LCV converter to have IATF 16949 manufactured products.

Ford

VFS Ltd is part of the Ford Pro converter programme and is Qualified by Ford for converting Transit V363 Tipper, Premium Dropside and Luton OSS products.

Mercedes-Benz

VFS Ltd was designated VanPartner by Mercedes-Benz. It meets the standards in the areas of quality, sales and aftersales services which Mercedes-Benz Vans imposes on body manufacturers in the area of individual body solutions.

Renault

VFS Ltd has received Renault Dacia Converter approval from Renault S.A.S

Volkswagen

VFS Ltd has been certified as a PremiumPartner by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and has demonstrated outstanding technical expertise and experience in the conversion of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. Regular training ensures that staff are always familiar with the latest technology. VFS Ltd as a Volkswagen PremiumPartner member is certified specialist in the industry.
